Coach Cathlyn Davis, for 16 years worked as a licensed physical therapist assistant in a rehab facility where she was passionately involved in the treatment and care of many people suffering from lifestyle related complications -- including joint/skeletal problems, diabetes, stroke, heart disease, and cancers. Today her passion has shifted from rehab to "pre-hab" as she now focuses on preventative care and behavior management to change the directional pull of these same complications more towards wellness and away from illness. Cat is now a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and she is dedicated to providing personalized support, guidance, and education to help unlock an individual's potential to live a more vibrant and fulfilling life no matter where they stand on the illness - wellness continuum.
At CATalyzing Wellness, we take a comprehensive and evidence based approach to wellness that considers all aspects of your life, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and more. Our coaching style primarily uses the principals of motivational interviewing, self determination, and positive psychology to collaboratively work with you in the development of a plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle.
